Chinese Gardens – Sydney wedding photography

Neisette and Matt were a pleasure to work with, been together for 11 years and dated in University.
Although the day didn’t go as smoothly as she’d hope, with the make up artist showing up 1.5 hours late and then storming off… leaving the other makeup artist to pick up the pieces and save the day!
It did mean that we were 2 hours late to the ceremony, but their guests didn’t seem to mind. They were truly just happy for the two to celebrate their love for one another.

Without going all mushy on you like I always do.. I’d only been to the Chinese Gardens a few times before, as I was dying to the see overgrown goldfish! (lol Ok I know they’re Koi, know as Japanese Carp.. but hey I have to chuck a little bit of my Pamela-ness into this) ..When I found out their ceremony was going to be in the Chinese Gardens I was so excited, it really does have the most beautiful textures and scenes you could image (unless ofcorse you went to China instead and experienced the real thing). It’s a shame we didn’t get too much time for photos in the Chinese Gardens as we had to be out of there by a certain time.
But overall I enjoyed shooting there before we set off to go to the Rocks.
