Dave & Paul – Out on the soccer field – Personal

Just thought I would post something on the personal side of things this time. It’s nice to be brought back down to earth sometimes and me.. well I spend alot of the time with my head in the clouds.

Nothing really that interesting in the life of Pamela :) but feel free to read along if you’re vegged out on the couch with your laptop. Which reminds me, I could go with some cookies & cream Ice-cream right about now. mmmmm.

Anyway, enough food talk.. On a Sunday afternoon, I followed Paul & Dave to the soccer field in Albion Park and took a break from behind the screen. I was starting to get square eyes from editing a recent wedding I shot for Danielle & Geoffrey. And a beautiful wedding it was.

Disregarding my lack of sports photography history, I thought it was a fun outting where I bossed around the boys to do some juggling, head buts and pulling the grungy faces (ok the faces part they did on their own.) Dave is my brother in law and Paul.. well.. in simplest terms, he’s my world. [Sigh]. Ok now you say, “Pamela, turn down all mushy-ness”

I sometimes step back and look at the bigger picture in my life and smile. I smile because I know I have a small bunch of people who will always be there for me through thick and thin. If it’s one thing I’ve learnt about relationships is that they are certainly NOT perfect – but if we had everything handed to us, what fun would that be?

I just noted the title of my blog post ‘Dave & Paul – Out on the Soccer Field’ ..mmm.. maybe I should stick to that topic lol.

This image is a crack up! I uploaded a bunch of photos on my personal FaceBook Page to find this one had the most comment hits. It Introducing Dave, giving it his all!

Do I really need to say why? ..I love the whole ‘a picture paints a thousand words’ ah yes.. because it really does! His sister, mother in law (also my mother in law) and aunty all had a comment along the same lines, face = ugly / gimpy. Not sure if I’m allowed to say ‘gimpy’ but hey it’s my blog hehe. Love this shot of Dave (above.)

Second we have my beloved other half, Paul. Lovin’ the concentration in his left fingers lol.
